To increase alignment between the Association and the Treasury Council, and to assist @Martyn@Badger with his transition, it is proposed @Martyn@Badger:
- Be given access view/update Treasury Discord channels
- Be invited to participate in Treasury Meetings
Provided access does not convey voting rights on TCDs
