Adding Abdullah
Abdullah is a Web2 contributor to BadgerDAO who has relevant Multisig experience and has agreed to join the Treasury Council.
The proposal is to add him as the fourth active tech signer to the Treasury Multisig. This brings the current composition to:
- 3 policy signers,
- 4 active tech signers, and
- one emergency tech signer,
which should make signing transactions smoother and more secure.
Builder Cap.
Abdullah is a Builder - an active developer of the new product the DAO incubates. His addition brings the number of Builders on the Multisig to three.
As we want the Treasury Council to remain neutral, this proposal also introduces the cap on the number of Builders the Treasury Council can have at 3 .
