Po is offering to lead a product & strategy ideation worksteam for the DAO over a three-month sprint. To accommodate this, the proposal suggests expanding his role for one quarter in the following manner:
- change focus from 1d/week to full-time
- use this additional time to broaden the scope to include product and strategy
- in return, the ask is to double the compensation during this time (20% to 40% allocation)
- the other 60% of the Po’s time, worked but uncompensated, may be paid retroactively, if approved by the Treasury Council, based on the value of deliverables.
