Background
GSR has been providing market making services to BadgerDAO for 2.5 years now, see previous TCDs: #32, #47.
This proposal is about renewal of the 300k BADGER loan that’s ending - and adding another 300k BADGER on top of that. The reason why extra 300k BADGER is required is because the notional value of the loan has dropped significantly, so the original loan size doesn’t make the engagement worth it for GSR anymore.
