Yep. Since this message I already saw a big improvement. I can also see that more and more members are sharing my feeling and start to share their opinion.
I also really like this project, and you know that I’m involved in several other projects and I like to help and be helpful. When this first proposal was made I thought it’s a premature and don’t really understand the level of implication of all members on the list. And also thought that some should receive more.
I’m also involved in several other DAO (as you probably noticed) where you do things, you are involved and if after some times, the community think you deserve it, you can be rewarded. So a grant after only 1 month, when sometime people openly asked for it, annoys me a little… (and we already had an early contributor program !)
But it’s also for 1 months so I guess it’s ok. Next round will probably be more discussed as you said. The DAO is already more structured than 1 week ago. I you can already see some people emerging and really involved. And some who already disappeared after first airdrop/rewards.
