Per [BIP 74](http://forum.badger.finance/t/bip-74-treasury-controlled-liquidity-for-badger/5082):

> The long-term goal with managing the liquidity is to have at least (-50%; 0%) price range covered at all times.

After the recent price drop, the current liquidity for BADGER only covers a 30% price drop, so we need to deploy another range. The next range has the following parameters:

- Lower bound price: 390 sats
- Higher bound price: 780 sats
- BTC to deposit: 14.43

There isn’t enough unallocated BTC available in the wallet, so to fill the gap, I propose the following actions:

1. Sell the Treasury eBTC surplus (2.74 eBTC)
2. Withdraw 2.82 WBTC from the [0.92-0.99 range](https://app.uniswap.org/positions/v3/ethereum/697672)
3. Withdraw the rest of the required amount from the [0.99-1.00 range](https://app.uniswap.org/positions/v3/ethereum/697673) (has 10.71 WBTC)
