TCD #77: Fund Treasury Council for Q1-2025

The purpose of this TCD is to fund the Treasury Council members who are not paid by or members of the Badger Association. Funding is at the current rate. Below is the current list of TC members to be funded at $5k/month:

- Freddy
- Gosuto
- Hal
- Petrovska
- PO

Should additional TC members be added to this category the will be funded via subsequent TCD(s).
