TCD #45 hired Impact3 to operate the BADGER X/Twitter account from March - May @ $8k/month.

TCD #48 funded $1100 / month for subscription expenses previously paid for by the Assocaition.

This proposal is to extend Impact3 through year-end @ $9,100 / month covering both the operations and subscription expenses.
