I would be in favor of number 2 or possibly 3. I just do not think you will have enough community members to go through 280+ memes. It think you have made some great points and i am grateful for your thoughts and contributions here but those should be for contests going forward. For this contest i would like to present to you the top 16 list and get any thoughts after that. If you have gone over all 280 memes then you should be able to decide if it looks fair to you then.

I see a lot of great ideas here. I think having a dedicated committee for contests going forward would be a good idea.

Although some fair points are made above in the BIP and in the discussion, I am against changing the original rules of the contest, and I am against overcomplicating things. Keep it simple.

I voted against BIP 29 also, because I don’t think some of the memes there even make sense and there were better ones to be honest.
